Idaho Ag is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Hansen, ID

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support harvesting and agricultural activities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including water trucks, loaders, steigers, choppers, rakes, and swathers.
- Perform various tasks such as swathing, raking, chopping and pushing haylage, silage and triticale.
- Safely operate equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in an agricultural environment is a plus

--Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Willing to work long hours on a seasonal basis
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
